As this window is limited, hospitals are requested to complete their renewal on or before 31 March 2026 to avoid any late payment charges. Renewals completed after the due date will attract applicable late fees as per ROHINI norms.

Nearly 74% of all cashless health insurance claims are now processed using ROHINI ID, reflecting its strong acceptance across the insurance ecosystem. Health insurers are increasingly mandating ROHINI ID for cashless claims to ensure accurate hospital identification, faster authorizations, and seamless coordination.
